Company Registration: Step-by-Step Guidelines

1. Go to the Registration Page and complete the Registration Form:

Fill in all required fields:

• Company Name
  Public-facing name or brand of the company (not the legal entity name).

• Official Company Website

• Email Addresses for Company Account Access
  Provide a list of corporate email addresses that will be used to access the company profile dashboard.
  After entering each email address, press Enter to save it and add additional emails.

• Country of Registration
  Choose the country where your company is registered (one option only).

• Areas of Expertise
  Select the areas that best reflect your company’s competencies.
  This list is aligned with the Catalog and used consistently across the Platform to accurately match companies with relevant opportunities and identify potential partners within the Tallinn Mechanism initiative.

• Additional Information (optional)
  This text will appear as the company description in the company profile.

2. Company Verification

After submission, the registration request enters the verification stage.

The verification process is carried out by the TMPO team in close coordination with donors and relevant Ukrainian authorities to ensure compliance with the Platform’s integrity standards.
This includes validating the submitted information and confirming the absence of sanctions-related, reputational, or other integrity risks.

Typical verification timeframe is at least 15 business days.

Detailed verification process:

1) TMPO integrity screening

The TMPO team performs an internal verification process agreed with partners from the Government of Ukraine.

This includes checks based on open sources and official registries, covering in particular:

1. Sanctions screening - OFAC SDN and Non-SDN lists, as well as EU, UK, Australia, Canada, and Japan sanctions regimes.

2. Russian Federation business ties - identification of companies with Russian ownership or beneficial control as of 24 February 2022.

3. Ukrainian national sanctions - screening against the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine (RNBO) sanctions list.

4. Iran business ties - identification of companies with Iranian ownership or beneficial control as of 24 February 2022.

2) Donors and partners verification

After this step, the application is shared with Tallinn Mechanism donor countries and partners, who conduct their own checks using their national and institutional sources, contributing an additional layer of confidence.

3. Account Activation and Access

Once verification is completed, each email address provided during registration receives an email with a secure link to complete registration and set a password.

• All registered emails access the same shared company profile

Upon first login, users are required to set up two-factor authentication (2FA) using any widely available authenticator app.

4. Company Profile Management

After logging in, users access the company profile dashboard, where they can:

• complete and update company information;

• add contacts and upload a logo;

• describe services and case studies;

• manage shared access emails;

• update account credentials.

Once all required profile fields are completed, the company profile becomes visible in the Platform’s Company Directory.

5. Ongoing Administration

At any time, the you can:

• edit profile information;

• add or remove shared access emails;

• change password;

• fully manage your company profile.
