The TMPO team continues to introduce the opportunities available through the Tallinn Mechanism Platform to private cybersecurity companies.
Last week, TMPO held two information webinars. The meeting with British cyber companies was organized in partnership with the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). The session for Polish companies was supported by the Ministry of Digitization of Poland.
During the meetings, Olesya Danylchenko, Head of TMPO, presented the main goals and key achievements of the Tallinn Mechanism. She stressed that stronger cooperation with business aligns with the key Lines of Effort introduced at the launch of the initiative. This means closer collaboration between public institutions and private companies. It also supports the long-term sustainability of Ukraine’s civilian cybersecurity capacity.
Kseniia Bulhakova, TMPO Manager for Donors and Private Sector Engagement, introduced the Tallinn Mechanism Platform. She explained why the Platform was created and how it works. Kseniia emphasized that the Platform serves as a single point of contact for businesses, public institutions, and government authorities interested in cooperation. She also highlighted practical opportunities for private companies to engage in project implementation, such as:
-
Increased visibility among donors and partners within the Tallinn Mechanism
-
Early access to relevant cybersecurity opportunities and updates
-
Participation in a trusted and verified ecosystem strengthening Ukraine’s cyber resilience
During both webinars, the TMPO team demonstrated the registration process on the Platform. Special attention was given to how to complete a company profile so it appears in the Company Directory section.
Businesses from the cyber sector had the opportunity to speak directly with TMPO representatives and ask questions about public-private partnership under the Tallinn Mechanism.
So far, TMPO has conducted five information sessions for the private sector from Ukraine, Norway, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Poland. We thank our partners and participants for taking part in these meetings. TMPO also encourages private sector representatives to join upcoming sessions. It's a practical way to explore cooperation opportunities under the Tallinn Mechanism.
