TMPO joined the UK government’s flagship cyber security event, CYBERUK 2026, held in Glasgow, the United Kingdom. The conference marked its 10th edition and brought together more than 2,500 cyber security leaders and technical professionals to discuss how to respond to evolving global threats.
TMPO took part in a panel discussion titled “Uniting Donors and Industry: Building Ukraine’s Resilience through the Tallinn Mechanism.” The session brought together government and industry representatives from Ukraine and the UK, including:
-
Olesya Danylchenko, Head of TMPO;
-
Rosa Tarling, Deputy Team Leader, FCDO CYFER Ukraine Project, DAI Global UK;
-
Ihor Malchenyuk, Strategic Advisor, Cossack Labs;

During the discussion, speakers explored how the Tallinn Mechanism delivers targeted cyber support to Ukraine during wartime and highlighted the role of private companies in strengthening resilience.
Olesya Danylchenko explained how the Mechanism works in practice, with Ukraine defining priorities and international partners aligning their support accordingly. She also presented key priorities and current activities of the Tallinn Mechanism relevant to the private cyber sector.
In addition, she introduced the Tallinn Mechanism Platform and outlined its partnership opportunities. The Platform creates a structured entry point for private sector engagement and supports the development of public-private partnerships within the Tallinn Mechanism framework.
“Over four years of full-scale invasion and ongoing cyber aggression, Ukraine has become a source of high-level cybersecurity expertise. Our joint work within the Tallinn Mechanism framework – supporting concrete cybersecurity projects in Ukraine – enables partners to strengthen cyber resilience across Europe and globally. Together, we are building this resilience, drawing on Ukraine’s real-world experience, to be stronger than we would ever be alone,” Olesya Danylchenko said.
During the event, the TMPO team also engaged with participants at a booth in the Innovation Zone, where they presented the Platform and discussed opportunities for collaboration.
TMPO expresses its sincere gratitude to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre for organizing such an important panel discussion.
TMPO’s participation in international events such as CYBERUK helps strengthen partnerships, increase the visibility of Ukraine’s cyber resilience efforts, and connect the Tallinn Mechanism with leading global expertise.
