The Netherlands Grant Programme is part of the Netherlands’ broader support for Ukraine’s cyber resilience. Last year, the Dutch government allocated €10 million to strengthen Ukraine’s digital sovereignty and cyber defence through the United Kingdom’s Ukraine Cyber Programme (UCP).
The funding helps strengthen the cyber infrastructure of government institutions, supports the procurement of software and hardware for public institutions and critical infrastructure, and enhances cyber threat investigation and incident response capabilities.
Part of this funding is allocated to projects for Ukrainian government institutions implemented through the Tallinn Mechanism.
