On 12–13 October 2026, TMPO and the Ukrainian Interbank Payment Systems Member Association EMA organised SOC DAY Ukraine 2026 in Kyiv.
The event was held within the framework of the Tallinn Mechanism, with financial support from the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI).
The conference was also supported by the National Cybersecurity Coordination Center (NCSCC) and the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine (SSSCIP).
The event brought together 390 participants from more than 80 organisations, including government institutions, Ukrainian and international cybersecurity companies, and cybersecurity experts. The programme featured 52 speakers and moderators, 29 partners, and 13 practical case studies on building SOCs. Participants shared their experience in countering cyber threats, discussed new technologies and approaches to cyber defence, and explored opportunities for cooperation.
The first day of the conference was opened by Toomas Tirs, Coordinator of the Tallinn Mechanism Front Office. He highlighted the importance of international cooperation in cybersecurity and greater private-sector involvement in public-private partnerships. Serhii Prokopenko from the National Cybersecurity Coordination Centre opened the second day.

Kseniia Bulhakova, Manager for Donors and Private Sector Engagement at TMPO, also spoke on the second day. She outlined the main stages of project selection and implementation under the Tallinn Mechanism and encouraged private cybersecurity companies to register on the Tallinn Mechanism Platform to explore opportunities for cooperation.
The Tallinn Mechanism also had its own stand at the conference, where participants could learn more about its activities, ongoing projects and opportunities for cooperation. The stand served as a meeting point for Ukrainian and international cybersecurity companies, helping build new connections and encourage greater private-sector engagement.
SOC Day Ukraine provided an opportunity to share practical experience, better understand the cybersecurity needs of Ukrainian organisations and explore ideas for joint projects. Such events help turn professional discussions into practical partnerships that contribute to strengthening Ukraine’s cyber resilience.
