The Tallinn Mechanism will actively participate at the Kyiv International Cyber Resilience Forum (KICRF) 2026, Ukraine’s leading cybersecurity conference, which will take place on 19–20 February 2026. The forum will bring together key national and international stakeholders to discuss strategic responses to today’s most pressing cyber threats.
In recognition of its role and continued commitment to strengthening Ukraine’s cyber resilience, the Tallinn Mechanism has been granted the special status of Global Resilience Partner.
The Tallinn Mechanism’s participation in KICRF is supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Italian Republic and the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office.
Besides, CRDF Global, as an implementing partner from Canada, has contributed to the organization of the Kyiv International Resilience Forum.
During the forum, participants will have the opportunity to visit the Tallinn Mechanism booth to learn more about ongoing initiatives and current activities under the Mechanism. On 20 February, Toomas Tirs, Coordinator of the Tallinn Mechanism Front Office, will deliver a speech highlighting the importance of international cooperation in cybersecurity and its mutual benefits. Kseniia Bulhakova, TMPO’s Donor and Private Sector Engagement Manager, will also take part in a panel discussion focused on international technical assistance in the digital sphere.
With leading cybersecurity stakeholders gathered in one place, the forum will provide an ideal platform to showcase the opportunities created by the Tallinn Mechanism for international cooperation between governments and the public and private sectors.
