On May 20, the World Bank joined the Tallinn Mechanism as an observer. The request was approved by consensus during the Tallinn Mechanism meeting held on April 24 in Kyiv. The next step in our cooperation is to outline concrete actions for leveraging the World Bank’s resources to initiate project implementation under the Tallinn Mechanism.
The World Bank’s participation brings valuable technical expertise and access to global financing instruments that can significantly accelerate the implementation of critical cybersecurity projects in Ukraine. Its involvement also strengthens the international credibility of the Tallinn Mechanism.
